1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation of the order details.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.
  • Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After the 2-hour cancellation period, the order may already be processed or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Delivery Delays

KHANSAB.PK is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact KHANSAB.PK Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the received item so that our team can review the issue.

7. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

8. Agreement

By placing an order with KHANSAB.PK, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, including the 3–5 business day delivery timeframe and the 2-hour order cancellation window.
