Refund policy

At KHANSAB.PK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices should be included with the returned item.
• Items that have been damaged, altered, washed, used, or worn may not be accepted for return or refund.
• KHANSAB.PK reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.

2. Refund Deduction – 20%

For approved returns and refunds, 20% of the total product/order amount will be deducted as a handling, processing, and restocking fee.
