Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Bags

However, if you receive a bag that is damaged or defective, we offer a straightforward return process with a slight deduction to cover processing costs. Please review our policy below for details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The bag is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The bag is in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The issue with the bag is reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or defective bag, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at khansabstore123@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective bag.
  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the bag.
  • Packaging: Securely package the bag in its original packaging to prevent further damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping

  • Prepaid Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items. Use this label to send the bag back to us at no additional cost.
  • Alternative Shipping: If you choose to use your own shipping method, please obtain tracking information and keep a record of the shipment.

4. Refund Deduction

To cover processing costs, a 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount for returned bags. This deduction helps us manage the costs associated with handling and restocking returned items.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, we will process the refund to the original payment method, minus the 25% deduction, within 7-10 business days.

5. Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a new bag to be shipped to you at no additional cost. If the original item is out of stock, we will offer a similar alternative or process a refund with the 25% deduction.

6. Exclusions

Please note that our return policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.
